Hot-dip galvanizing
Hot-dip galvanizing – dipping into a bath with molten zinc at a temperature of 450 degrees. After the product extraction, the zinc coated surface contains zinc oxide – a carbonate film which is a protective layer that protects it against further oxidation. In order to improve the process, we use the zinc with nickel, which improves the ductile and anti-corrosion characteristics of metal alloy, makes the coating more smooth and shiny. Using of modern lift-and-carry mechanisms and lines, as well as bath design, ensure uniform coverage.
Galvanizing is performed using German equipment manufactured by PML Lengsteld Gmbh.
Locations of hot-dip galvanizing facilities:
- Sarny, Rivne Region;
- Zaporizhia.
Working dimensions of hot-dip galvanizing baths:
- Sarny: 10.5×3.0×1.6 m. The maximum length of structures – up to 12 m.
- Zaporizhia: 7.0×3.0×1.5 m. The maximum length of structures – up to 6.9 m.
High quality coating meets the requirements of ISO 1461 (GOST 9.307-89)
The thickness of zinc coating – between 40 and 200 microns.
